Twelfth House Healing

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Twelfth House Healing. By booking or receiving services, you agree to the following.
1. Services Offered
Twelfth House Healing provides no-touch, energy-based services, including Pranic Healing, intended to support overall well-being. Services may be offered remotely/distance or in person, as specified at the time of booking.
All services are complementary in nature and are not medical, psychological, or veterinary treatment.
2. Scope of Practice
Services provided by Twelfth House Healing:

Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease

Do not replace medical, mental health, or veterinary care

Are intended to support the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal
Clients are encouraged to continue working with licensed healthcare providers as appropriate.
3. Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

Participation is voluntary

You remain responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being

You will seek appropriate licensed care for medical or mental health concerns

Results vary by individual, and no outcomes are guaranteed
4. Waiver & Consent Requirement
All clients are required to complete a digital waiver and consent form prior to receiving services.
Services may not be provided without a completed waiver on file.
5. Health Disclosures
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current information in required disclosures.
Certain conditions may require modified approaches. Twelfth House Healing reserves the right to modify, pause, or decline services based on disclosed information or practitioner discretion.
6. Remote / Distance Sessions
For remote or distance sessions:

No physical presence or contact is required

Clients are responsible for their environment during the session

Sessions may be conducted while the client is resting, working, or going about their day
Remote sessions are considered equivalent to in-person sessions in scope and intent.
7. Animal Services
When services are provided for animals:

The client must be the legal owner or authorized caregiver

Energy work does not replace veterinary care
-
The client remains responsible for seeking veterinary attention when needed
8. Scheduling, Payment, & Cancellations
Sessions must be booked in advance. Payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies are outlined separately and apply to all bookings.
By scheduling a session, you agree to the current Booking & Cancellation Policy.
9. Practitioner Discretion
Twelfth House Healing reserves the right to:

Modify session structure or timing

Pause or discontinue services

Decline services if they are not appropriate or aligned
This discretion is exercised with care and respect for client well-being.
10. Confidentiality
Personal information shared during sessions or through required forms is treated as confidential, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Twelfth House Healing is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in services

Clients assume all risks associated with participation in energy-based services
12. Intellectual Property
All written materials, session structures, and content provided by Twelfth House Healing are the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Twelfth House Healing operates.
14. Updates to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
